We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Bushing", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Manufacturingtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release CNC lathe combines Swiss and turret functions from REM SALES, which we summarised at the time by saying "A CNC sliding headstock automatic lathe combines the benefits of a Swiss-turn and the flexibility of a turret machine and includes gang tools, turret and back-working spindle". The same day, we featured the news release Keyless shaft locking bushings minimise vibration from Zero-Max: "Shaft locking bushings minimise shaft run-out and system vibration and provide a strong, yet precise connection between keyless shafts and mounted component".

In January 2008, we covered the news from Delcam concerning its Programming software for Ganesh Cyclone - take a look at Making Swiss-type CNC lathes more productive which says: "For a series of sliding headstock multi-axis CNC lathes, the manufacturer has collaborated with a CAM provider to simplify programming when using, or not using a guide bush".

Take a look also at the news release from Beckwood Press Company, Standard bench presses can be customised, as well as Centrifugal pumps handle corrosive liquids from Michael Smith Engineers, and Parting-off lathe tools have longer life from Floyd Automatic Tooling.
