Start with the news release CAD/CAM reduces products' time to market from Delcam, which we summarised at the time by saying "In prototyping and producing medical components, a company said that its CAD/CAM software enables it to often go from prototype to production in a matter of days, producing tooling in-house". A few weeks before, we featured the news release CADCAM software offers improved ease of use from Delcam: "Latest version of award-winning CAD/CAM software offers improved ease of use, faster and more robust operation, and better interoperability with other software".
 
In November 2007, we covered the news from Delcam concerning its Version 8.5 of PartMaker CADCAM - take a look at CAD/CAM machine tool software improved which says: "Software for programming CNC milling machines, lathes, wire EDM, mill/turn centres and Swiss-type lathes has significant improvement to commonly used CAD and CAM functionality".
