We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Chucked Components", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Manufacturingtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Pick-up spindle VTL changed over quickly from Emag UK, which we summarised at the time by saying "Capable of machining small and large batches of high workpiece variety, a standard vertical pick-up spindle turning centre offers precision, high productivity and minimal set-up times". A few weeks before, we featured the news release Vertical production grinding centre hard turns from Emag UK: "For the production machining of small chucked components of 2-60mm diameter, a vertical pick-up spindle grinding centre performs ID/OD/eccentric grinding and hard turning".

In April 2006, we covered the news from Staubli UK (Robotics) concerning its Staubli RX90 6-axis robot on multi-spindle autos - take a look at Robots increase multi-spindle lathe productivity which says: "Installation of 6-axis robots into the operating sequence on CNC multi-spindle lathes is significantly adding to their performance and flexibility, especially for complex chucked components".

Take a look also at the news release from Emag UK, Ready-to-install shafts completely machined, as well as Following SW acquisition, EMAG adds on Koepfer from Emag UK, and Four-axis pick-up spindle centres reduce costs from Emag Maschinenfabrik.
