Start with the news release Ultrasonic cleaner is environmentally safe from Stowlin Croftshaw, which we summarised at the time by saying "A high performance aqueous cleaning agent for use in ultrasonic cleaning, effectively removes a buffing and polishing compounds, drawing and stamping oils, coolants and other metalworking fluids". A few weeks before, we featured the news release Using trichloroethylene safely for metals from SAFECHEM Europe: "Three European Trichloroethylene producers have signed a product stewardship charter aimed at ensuring the safe and sustainable use of trichloroethylene in metal cleaning".
