We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "CNC Grinding", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Manufacturingtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Machine grinds tools as small as 0.5mm diameter from Anca Pty, which we summarised at the time by saying "A CNC tool grinder is designed for grinding small cutting tools with diameters as low as 0.5mm having overcome problems of vibration, thermal growth, wheel wear and tool run-out". A couple of weeks before, we featured the news release UK Q3 machine tool exports grow from Manufacturing Technologies Association: "During the third quarter (Q3) of 2007, the UK exported machine tools worth GBP 126.5 million - an increase of 11.2% over Q3, 2006, and 12.2% higher than Q2, 2007".

In January 2008, we covered the news from Anca Pty concerning its TX7+ universal grinder - P-axis - take a look at Adding accuracy to long tool grinding jobs which says: "To increase rigidity and accuracy when grinding long tools on a universal grinding machine, a P-axis that includes two travelling steadies and a CNC tailstock".

Take a look also at the news release from Anca Pty, Automation options enhance tool resharpening, as well as PCD tipped end mills cut abrasive materials from ITC Tooling, and Cutting tool services gain ISO 9001:2000 from Brunswick Tooling.
