‘Cnc Lathe’

A Manufacturingtalk guide

Start with the news release Whitelegg equipment aids traction motor repairs from Whitelegg Machines, which we summarised at the time by saying "Key equipment supplied by Whitelegg Machines is enabling the Anstee and Ware Group to repair and service traction motors.". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release SL Engineering purchases further Mori Seiki lathe from Mori Seiki: "Following a complete investment appraisal analysis, SL Engineering decided to purchase an additional Mori Seiki NL2000 SY mill-turn lathe, bringing its tally of Mori Seiki machines to five.".

In August 2010, we covered the news from Victor Europe - take a look at Victor provides CNC lathes for large chucking jobs which says: "Qualitek Engineering, a manufacturer of components for the oil and gas, power-generation, automotive and nuclear industries, has acquired it's third Victor Vturn-36 CNC lathe.".

Take a look also at the news release from Heidenhain, Hybrid machine aids polymer seal production, as well as Parallel spindle lathe handles heavy components from Fuji Machine, and Vertical lathe performs precise hard turning from Fuji Machine.
