We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Control Technology", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Manufacturingtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Control technology raises tube bending versatility from Baldor UK, which we summarised at the time by saying "Ethernet-compatible control technology used in an automatic tube bending cell controls four axes of motion and all the I/O connections and allows the cell to be used for volume or batch work". Earlier in the week, we featured the news release Quieter CNC turret punch press is faster too from Press and Shear Machinery: "A servo-electric, 200kN turret punch press has a sheet metal nibbling speed of 800 hits/min at 1mm pitch as well as having lower maintenance costs".

In January 2008, we covered the news from Airchannel concerning its CompAir L250 compressor - take a look at Rotary screw compressor provides reliability which says: "A UK forging firm sought to link the supply of compressed air throughout its new and existing forge and chose an oil injected rotary screw compressor for reliability and low operating costs".

Take a look also at the news release from Ward CNC Machinery, Vertical machining centre adds 4-axis capability, as well as Control smoothed for hot runner systems from Gammaflux Europe GmbH, and IEC approves SERCOS as part of IEC 61784-2 from Sercos North America.
