We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Corrosion Resistance", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Manufacturingtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Machine framing range of components expands from MiniTec UK, which we summarised at the time by saying "Machine-building linear and profile system components now include a patented fastener that allows rapid machine frame assembly with no pre-machining or pre-drilling". A few weeks before, we featured the news release Connectors increase interconnection density from Hypertac: "Low insertion force connectors for space-constrained applications increase interconnection density in harsh enviroments and are designed for pick-and-place assembly".

In September 2007, we covered the news from Hardide Coatings concerning its Hardide-T tungsten carbide-based component coating - take a look at Coating increases wear/corrosion resistance which says: "A tungsten carbide-based component coating drammatically extends component life and reduces downtime by increasing wear and corrosion resistance".

Take a look also at the news release from James Walker and Co, Industrial chimney sealing service expanded, as well as Hygienic cylinder resists wash-downs from Bosch Rexroth, and Stud ensures accurate assembly positioning from Profil UK.
