We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Cutter Grinding", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Manufacturingtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release 5-axis machine grinds different broaches from Schneeberger, J, which we summarised at the time by saying "For grinding flat, cylindrical or helical broaches, a 5-axis machine produces exceptionally high accuracies owing to the machine's rigid and robust construction". A couple of weeks before, we featured the news release Advanced machining produces carbide cutters from Vora Industries: "Indian manufacturer of solid carbide and HSS end mills, roughing end mills and through-coolant drills uses advanced CAD systems and the latest CNC machine tools".

In August 2007, we covered the news from Koerber Schleifring UK concerning its Helitronic Power 5-axis CNC tool/cutter grinder - take a look at Five-axis tool grinder works unmanned at night which says: "A 5-axis CNC tool and cutter grinder with pallet loader allows a tooling company to do 'specials' work on day shifts and 'routine' work on unmanned night shifts".

Take a look also at the news release from Schneeberger, J, Software eases grinding of complex cutters, as well as Grinding wheel dressing tool responds to CNC from Rollomatic, and Coolant is the 'key' to efficient tool grinding from Oel-Held (UK).
