We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Data Processing", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Manufacturingtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Imaging software inspects micro products from Matrox Imaging, which we summarised at the time by saying "A multi-purpose, modular system for the supply and recognition, inspection, handling, and placing of micro-assembly parts uses software for product recognition and inspection tasks". A few weeks before, we featured the news release Weighing and force measurement digitised from Penko Engineering: "As more industries depend on accurate weighing measurement, it is essential that analogue signals from weight and force sensors are accurately and reliably converted into digital signals".

In August 2007, we covered the news from Laser Design concerning its Line-laser Surveyor Laser Probes for CMMs - take a look at CMMs retrofitted with laser scanning probes which says: "Highly precise laser probes can be quickly retrofitted to the Wenzel CMMs so can output high density scan data to the system's bundled software for inspection/verification and reverse engineering".

Take a look also at the news release from Silverteam, PLC is 80% faster on data processing, as well as Collaboration optimises visual environment 3.0 from ESI Group, and Analysis of parenteral particle formulations from Christison Particle Technologies.
