We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Digital Simulation", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Manufacturingtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Digital systems reduce prototypes manufacture from Autodesk, which we summarised at the time by saying "'Best-in-class' manufacturers make fewer prototypes owing to the growing sophistication of mainstream manufacturing design software, said Mike Lucas". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Simulation based design with VisualDSS from ESI Group: "VisualDSS decision support system for CAE provides performance improvement and multi-domain simulations".

In June 2007, we covered the news from ESI Group concerning its RTM composites moulding simulation software - take a look at RTM composites moulding simulated effectively which says: "Software to simulate composites part manufacturing based on resin transfer moulding (RTM) and vacuum-assisted RTM will optimise thermal management of thick parts".

Take a look also at the news release from ESI Group, Improvements in detailed failure analysis, as well as Making a link between casting and assembly from ESI Group, and Latest casting simulation technology shown from French Technology Press Bureau.
