Start with the news release Five-axis tool grinder works unmanned at night from Koerber Schleifring UK, which we summarised at the time by saying "A 5-axis CNC tool and cutter grinder with pallet loader allows a tooling company to do 'specials' work on day shifts and 'routine' work on unmanned night shifts". A couple of weeks before, we featured the news release Latest CNC to be shown in precision machining from Hardinge Machine Tools: "As well as showing its latest milling machines, CNC lathes and turning centres and workholding producs, Hardinge will demonstrate Heidenhain's iTNC 620 CNC in pecision machining action at EMO".

In June 2007, we covered the news from Koerber Schleifring UK concerning its 5-axis CNC tool and cutter grinder - take a look at CNC toll and cutter grinder simulates too which says: "As well as grinding standard tooling, a 5-axis CNC tool and cutter grinder has software for any 'specials' that can effectively simulate the tool and saves enormously on set-up time".

Take a look also at the news release from Emag UK, Vertical production grinding centre hard turns, as well as Facing and internal grinding made in one set-up from Danobat Group, and Wheelchanger raises CNC tool grinding output from Koerber Schleifring UK.
