We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Hydraulic Power", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Manufacturingtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Light curtain activates hydraulic power press from Beckwood Press Company, which we summarised at the time by saying "Hydraulic power presses are equipped with presence sensing device initiation using electro-optical (light curtain) guarding to activate the press cycle instead of a two-hand touch button system". A few weeks before, we featured the news release Power chuck converts lathe to semi-automatic from Jato Precision: "For use with lathes that do not have a hydraulic system, a power chuck has its own in-built cylinder and will convert a manual lathe into an automatic or semi-automatic one in a few minutes".

In July 2007, we covered the news from Pratt Burnerd International concerning its Hydraulic power chuck - take a look at Hydraulic chuck gains in simplicity, lowers cost which says: "A hydraulic power chuck, to be shown at EMO, uses a single conventional hydraulic cylinder, so is claimed to be simpler and substantially less expensive than other 2+2 systems currently available".

Take a look also at the news release from Hyster Europe, Forklift truck with extended function transmission, as well as Heavy duty lathe is rated at 45kW from Kingsbury Machine Tools, and Heavy duty CNC lathe has high torque from Dugard.
