Start with the news release Electrical test equipment UK agent appointed from Hiawatha Rubber Company, which we summarised at the time by saying "UK distributor agreement covers an extensive range of three-phase analysers and a set of measurement devices to ensure compliance with the 16th Edition of IEE Wiring Regulations".
