Start with the news release Tooling storage controlled intelligently from Zeroshift, which we summarised at the time by saying "Modular controller offers the ability to custom build intelligent tool control into a multitude of tool storage systems and eliminate loss of tooling". A few weeks before, we featured the news release Tool vending operates automatically from WNT (UK): "Tool vending service operates without unnecessary manual intervention, ensures the correct tools are in stock at all times, thereby improving productivity".
 
In August 2007, we covered the news from XeBusiness concerning its CRM, inventory management - take a look at Workwear maker adds CRM, inventory management which says: "Manufacturer of specialist workwear is installing a business management system to help manage their customer relationship management, inventory control and sourcing operations".
