We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "IP54", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Manufacturingtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Configured drive packages save costs from Rockwell Automation, which we summarised at the time by saying "A configured drives service allows engineers to choose a base drive package and then enhance it with numerous options in line with the needs of the application". Earlier in the week, we featured the news release Servo motor offers maximum dynamics from Lenze: "Latest compact servo motor ranges have an increased power and torque capacities of 50% and the number of models has been expanded".

In November 2007, we covered the news from Mahr Federal concerning its MarCator 1088 Digital Indicator - take a look at Digital indicator colour show in-/out of tolerance which says: "A digital indicator features 'at-a-glance' workpiece tolerance monitoring with a large LCD display that appears green or red to reflect in- or out-of-tolerance conditions".

Take a look also at the news release from BlueStar, Robust industrial-grade hand-held imager, as well as Laser range makes coding easy from Linx Printing Technologies, and Variable speed drives have IP21 protection from Honeywell Control Systems.
