We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Laser Measurement", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Manufacturingtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Touch probe added to non-contact measurement from Nikon UK, which we summarised at the time by saying "Adding a touch probe for 3D contact measurement to non-contact optical and laser measurement makes this system a truly compact multi sensor machine, said its supplier". Earlier in the week, we featured the news release Measurement machine switches between sensors from OGP UK: "Measuring machine provides full 4-axis part measurement using a combination of video, touch probe, micro-probe and optional laser independently in the same set-up".

In September 2007, we covered the news from Unison concerning its 'Breeze Angle-Sure' laser system - take a look at Thick-walled 'exotic' alloy tubes bent correctly which says: "A novel metal 'springback' laser measurement, in-process correction system ensures tubing in thick-walled 'exotic' alloys are bent correctly first-time in all-electric tube bending machines".

Take a look also at the news release from Renishaw, Compact laser interferometer has portability, as well as CMMs retrofitted with laser scanning probes from Laser Design, and Laser measurement improves cutting and welding from Faro UK.
