We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Machining Aluminium", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Manufacturingtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Solid carbide drills' heads are replaceable from WNT (UK), which we summarised at the time by saying "Numerous new and innovative cutting tools to be displayed at MACH 2008 include solid carbide drilling with the versatility of a replaceable head system". A couple of weeks before, we featured the news release Milling cutter roughs, finishes steel and CI from TaeguTec UK: "Cutter with hexagonal inserts is designed for roughing and semi-finish milling applications and is claimed to be ideally suited for milling on low powered machines and non-rigid setups".

In October 2007, we covered the news from WNT (UK) concerning its F20 insert - take a look at Edge sintered inserts cut Al machining costs which says: "Inserts use the latest in sintering technology to improve metal cutting performance and reduce costs in applications involving aluminium and other light alloys".

Take a look also at the news release from ITC Tooling, Four and six flute rippers raise SS tool life, as well as End mills' flute geometry clears swarf from ITC Tooling, and Metals cutting tooling development centre opened from Ceratizit UK.
