We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Mould Tool", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Manufacturingtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Designing and manufacturing mould tools from Smithers Rapra, which we summarised at the time by saying "'The Mould Design Guide' provides an in-depth guide to the design and manufacture of moulding tooling and highlights design practice that allows production to make an acceptable profit". A couple of weeks before, we featured the news release Vertical machining centres cut patterns from Haas Automation: "Producer of low volume reaction injection moulded parts and polyurethane castings uses five vertical machining centres to cut master pattern equipment from polyurethane tooling board".

In December 2007, we covered the news from Deckel Grinders concerning its 5 axis HSPC micro-machining centre - take a look at Micro-machining centre simplifies mould making which says: "The accuracy of a 5-axis micro-machining centre is simplifying the production of injection mould tools used for producing microfluidic devices".

Take a look also at the news release from Rofin-Baasel UK, Power press and mould tools repaired in-situ, as well as Latest tooling fends off moulds competition from ITC Tooling, and Plastic moulded components for downwind turbines from Protomold UK.
