We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Particle Shape", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Manufacturingtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Particle characterisation using image analysis from Whitehouse Scientific, which we summarised at the time by saying "A range of glass calibration microspheres has been introduced to support of the increasing trend of using microscopy with image analysis to characterise particles". A few weeks before, we featured the news release Measuring particle size and shape in print toners from Malvern Instruments: "Malvern Instruments has developed Sysmex FPIA-3000, an automated particle size and shape analyser for the wet chemistry method of producing print toners".

In March 2007, we covered the news from Malvern Instruments concerning its Analyser - take a look at High sensitivity particle size and shape analyser which says: "Malvern Instruments' Morphologi G2 high sensitivity particle size and shape analyser, used in the characterisation of polymorphic crystal forms, has proved useful in its work".

Take a look also at the news release from Malvern Instruments, Chemical imaging consultancy service, as well as Technology platform covers measurement science from Chemistry Innovation KTN, and NIST traceable glass microsphere standards from Whitehouse Scientific.
