Start with the news release Safety light curtains for machine guarding from Omron Scientific Technologies, which we summarised at the time by saying "Omron Scientific Technologies has introduced the MiniSafe MS4800 series of safety light curtains for simple or complex machine guarding applications". A couple of weeks before, we featured the news release Low-cost modular guarding for DIY projects from Procter Machinery Guarding: "Procter Machinery Guarding supplies the Satech modular perimeter machine guarding system, which can be installed quickly and easily by any competent maintenance department or contractor".
