We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Potentially Explosive Atmospheres", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Manufacturingtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Cartridge filter cleaning complies with ATEX from Flextraction, which we summarised at the time by saying "An ATEX standard cartridge filter cleaning system is designed for high airflow processes, handling continuous dust loads, whilst maintaining clean filters and a consistent air flow". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Gas and dust extractors for explosive atmospheres from Flextraction: "Flextraction has introduced a range of Fumex ATEX-approved explosive gas and dust extractor arms for potentially explosive atmospheres".

In June 2007, we covered the news from ControlAir concerning its Transducer - take a look at Explosion-proof I/P transducer is ATEX compliant which says: "ControlAir has announced the ATEX compliant Type-950XP explosion-proof I/P transducer which combines high-performance and reliability".

Take a look also at the news release from HBM UK, Optical and electrical strain gauge signals, as well as Insects controlled in pharmaceutical manufacturing from Insectron, and Infrared camera for ATEX explosive atmospheres from Hawk IR International.
