We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Press Tool", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Manufacturingtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release CAD speeds deep draw press tool design from Delcam, which we summarised at the time by saying "Options specific to deep-draw press tool design, such as automated part shape orientation, have been added to CAD to provide dedicated functionality and shorten the design time". A couple of weeks before, we featured the news release Tool manufacturing time cut in half from Delcam: "On-machine verification system has helped a press tool manufacturer to gain the maximum benefit from its recent investment in high-accuracy, high-speed machining equipment".

In November 2007, we covered the news from Precitec concerning its Meab Vibratory Scrap Conveyor - take a look at Move scrap easily from under power presses which says: "A nagging problem with the power presses used in blanking and clipping work is that of removing scrap from under the press - now solved by a friction conveyor".

Take a look also at the news release from PREMiTEC, Die lifters and movers speed press tool change, as well as Lasers reduce panel power press operations from Prima Industrie UK, and Modelling reduces press tool design time from CoCreate Software.
