We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Robot Welding", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Manufacturingtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release One unit controls robot and welding from ICS Robotics and Automation, which we summarised at the time by saying "Embedded arc control technology used in robotic welding eliminates the need for three separate control systems and combines control of the robot, welder and servo wire feeder into a single unit". A couple of weeks before, we featured the news release Lasers reduce tube fabrication costs from BLM-Group UK: "Sheet metal tube fabricators can reduce operational costs up to 70% by using tube laser cutting technology, which reduces labour, simplifies processing and improves quality".

In November 2007, we covered the news from Cloos Schweisstechnik concerning its Robotic welding systems at Niesky - take a look at 60m robot system welds aluminium rolling stock which says: "Robotic welding systems on a 60m long overhead track are reducing fabrication costs and shortening construction times in building railway rolling stock, writes Walter Lutz".

Take a look also at the news release from Cloos Schweisstechnik, Pulsed-arc MIG robot has high reliability, as well as Integrated robotic weld monitoring enhanced from Panasonic Industrial Europe, and Heat exchanger benefits from welding technique from Carr's Welding Technologies.
