Start with the news release Microkerf launches instant laser quoting service from Microkerf, which we summarised at the time by saying "Microkerf, a laser cutting specialist, has introduced an instant online quoting and ordering service for its laser cut parts.". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Novacel develops protective film for sheet metal from French Technology Press Bureau: "Novacel, which specialises in industrial surface protection, particularly for uncoated metal, has unveiled the 4226REN protective film for sheet metal, according to the French Technology Press Bureau.".

In June 2009, we covered the news from Turbex - take a look at Aqueous cleaning cuts sheet metal finishing costs which says: "Propak has achieved cost reductions in component cleaning, degreasing and painting after replacing a trichloroethylene (trike) dip tank with a Turbex aqueous cleaning and phosphating machine. ".
