We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Temperature Control", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Manufacturingtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Mill-turn centre has 10kW of milling power from Turning Technologies UK, which we summarised at the time by saying "As well as having two Y-axis turrets, a CNC mill-turn centre to be shown at MACH 2008, offers 10kW of milling power on every tool station for milling bar, billets or blanks". A few weeks before, we featured the news release Control smoothed for hot runner systems from Gammaflux Europe GmbH: "A further function in control algorithms of hot runner feedback control systems smoothes the power output without affecting the accuracy of the temperature control".

In December 2007, we covered the news from Meltech Engineering concerning its MT1100 electrically heated furnace - take a look at Electric wire strand annealing furnace cuts costs which says: "By replacing a gas furnace with an electrically heated furnace, a UK speciality wires producer has reduced energy costs and the mill's 'carbon footprint'".

Take a look also at the news release from Eurotherm, Temperature controllers ensure reliable products, as well as Variable speed drives have IP21 protection from Honeywell Control Systems, and Plastics melt indexer is more accurate for QC from Zwick Roell.
