Start with the news release Kingsbury offers toolholder refurbishment service from Kingsbury Machine Tools, which we summarised at the time by saying "German lathe manufacturer, Index, has introduced a refurbishment service for driven toolholders, with a turnaround of 10 working days or less offered to machine shops throughout Europe. ". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Walter enhances G1011 toolholder for GX24 insert from Walter GB: "Walter GB has unveiled its improved G1011 toolholder for the GX24 grooving insert.".
 
In June 2009, we covered the news from LMT (UK) - take a look at Shrink-fit units in LMT demonstration vehicle which says: "LMT (UK) has use of a customised demonstration vehicle with three shrink-fit tooling units installed to follow-up to enquiries from companies keen to maximise productivity in their milling processes.".
