We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Turning Centres", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Manufacturingtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release CNC lathes customised for work requirements from Leader CNC, which we summarised at the time by saying "Rigid and robust turning centres are available as 2-axis 'turn-only', multi-axis versions with driven tools and C-axis, or as a mill-turn centre with sub-spindle, radial tool turret and C-axis". Earlier in the week, we featured the news release Pallet system feeds mill-turn centre at Open House from Matsuura Machinery: "Main theme during Matsuura's CNC machine tool Open House will be 'Multi Pallet Unmanned Production' supported by a multi-tasking machine with a 10 pallet system".

In January 2008, we covered the news from 600 Group concerning its Machine tools at MACH 2008 - take a look at CNC turning centres machine in one set-up which says: "To provide simple and cost effective machining of more complex components CNC turning centres combine operations in one set-up, offering faster cycle times and automatic parts handling".

Take a look also at the news release from Yamazaki Mazak UK, Vertical machining centre shortens cycle times, as well as Twin spindle turning centre has more versatility from Turning Technologies UK, and Five-axis machining centre has 150 deg tilt table from Cincinnati Machine.
