We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Weld Spatter", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Manufacturingtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Properly mounted sensors resist arc welding from Balluff UK, which we summarised at the time by saying "Review sensor choice, the way they are located, how they mounted and how they are connected and the result will be higher welding cell efficiency and lower costs, said Balluff UK". A few weeks before, we featured the news release Paint deflects weld spatter from jigs from Stevens Industrial Services: "A semi-permanent weld-spatter deflecting paint can withstand the constant bombardment of white-hot weld-spatter on jigs and fixtures whilst providing a non-stick facing".

In September 2006, we covered the news from Surtech Surface Technology Products concerning its Modular system of welding tables - take a look at Welding tables include clamping assemblies which says: "A modular system of welding tables (or benches) can be used for other purposes and include multi-clamping assemblies, measuring, monitoring, fixture construction, bending and folding".

Take a look also at the news release from ESAB, MIG welders have outstanding performance, as well as Control device optimises welding parameters from ESAB, and Anti-spatter spray has no dichloromethane from ESAB.
