We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Wheel Dressing", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Manufacturingtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Double disk grinder offers high surface finish from Supfina Grieshaber, which we summarised at the time by saying "Using a very rigid and high performance machining system, a double disk grinder offers very high surface finish qualities for workpieces 5-180mm diameter". A few weeks before, we featured the news release Modular grinders chase crankshaft pins from Emag UK: "Modular cylindrical grinding machines, which can be built for crankshafts up to 6m long, use pin-chasing process to machine to high accuracy and best surface finish".

In March 2007, we covered the news from Jones and Shipman Precision concerning its CNC surface grinding machine - take a look at CNC surface grinder exceeds requirements which says: "CNC surface grinding machine exceeded all requirements for grinding a diverse range of cylindrical mould tooling from 292mm) to 711mm diameter to be used in timing belt system manufacture".

Take a look also at the news release from Dugard, Surface grinders have more CNC flexibility, as well as Plated CBN wheels up output on rigid machines from Holroyd, and Best parameters found for grinding wheel dressing from Tyrolit.
