Allan comes to ABB from motor manufacturer Brook Crompton, where he has held a variety of posts over 15 years, including working for seven years in business development and marketing for energy efficient products.
"I am pleased to be joining ABB," says Allan.
"I have always been impressed with the professional approach of ABB, especially the organisation's commitment to energy efficiency, both in servicing customers and within its own operations." In addition to his energy-saving role, Allan will also spend some of his time as Principal Sales Engineer for the North East.
