Arburg makes management team changes
Significant changes have been made to the injection moulding machine builder Arburg's corporate management team, with the the third generation Hehl family now taking charge.
As of 1 January 2005, significant changes have been made to the Arburg corporate management team With Juliane Hehl, Renate Keinath and Michael Hehl, the third generation of the owning Hehl family have taken over the company's management

Based upon proven technology an injection moulder has an enlarged tie bar distance as well as higher clamping force at 5000kN and represents an important increase in Arburg machine size.
Injection moulding machines take complex moulds
Arburg is expanding options for its 'Golden Edition' plastics injection moulding machines and new features include a second core pull and six heating circuits for more complex moulds.
Juliane Hehl will continue to be responsible for the companys Marketing division, and, in his role as partner, Michael Hehls areas of responsibility will include human resources, quality and ISO certification.
Renate Keinath, the daughter of Karl Hehl, will take on responsibility for the Human Resources division in her role as a Managing Partner.
She already has a close association with the company due to her involvement in executive committees.
Renate Keinath previously worked in the teaching profession and in the field of adult education.
New Managing Director Sales - furthermore, the reorganisation of the corporate management structure has also involved an addition to the salaried management team.
After the successful expansion of the international sales network over the past four and a half years, Michael Grandt will now be concentrating more on the Accounts and Controlling division.
He has passed the management of the Sales division onto Helmut Heinson, who joined the company at the beginning of the year.
Heinson has a wealth of experience in the field of machine and plant construction.
The management team at a glance Since 1 January, the Arburg management team has consisted of eight people, who have the following responsibilities: Michael Hehl (Spokesperson for the management team and responsible for plant development), Juliane Hehl (Marketing), Renate Keinath (Human Resources), Eugen Hehl (advisory role), Karl Hehl (advisory role), Michael Grandt (Accounts and Controlling), Herbert Kraibuhler (Technical Department), Helmut Heinson (Sales).
Forward-thinking move for the long-term future - with this forward-thinking move Arburg has secured the independent, self-determining development of the family business on a long-term basis.
The third generation of the Hehl family will continue to dynamically follow the company's independent path.
