The largest injection moulder yet built by Arburg - with a clamping force of 4000kN will make its first international appearance at the Fakuma 2002 plastics exhibition, Germany October 15-19, 2002.

For this reason, Arburg has decided to suitably expand the list of available options for the Golden Edition, opening up new fields of application for the anniversary machines.
New features include a second core pull and six heating circuits.
Thus, complex moulds can now be used in conjunction with the Golden Edition, which is of particular interest with regard to the larger anniversary machines.
The anniversary series comprises the five Allrounder Golden Edition machine sizes 270 C, 320 C, 420 C, 470 C and 570 C each with fixed clamping force/injection unit combinations.
The injection units are available in the new size range of 70, 170, 290, 400 and 800.
The clamping forces range from 400kN to 2,000kN and the moulded part weights from 2 to 434g of polystyrene.
The technologically high-grade standard equipment of the Allrounder Golden Edition includes the modern control alternative 'Selogica direct' with touchscreen for ease of operation, highly wear-resistant plasticising cylinder fittings for a long service life and the fast-switching valve technology ensuring the highest moulded part quality.
With the optional features, the basic machines can be individually equipped for the injection moulding requirements at hand.
Through expansion of the list of options, the Arburg anniversary gift is suitable for an even broader range of applications and consequently for an even larger clientele, ensuring that the long list of Golden Edition customers is set to grow even more.
