Absoft achieves highest Deloitte fast 50
ranking
Absoft now one of the Scotland's Top 10 technology companies.
Absoft Limited, the specialist supplier of SAP solutions and services, has achieved 10th place - its highest ever ranking - in the Deloitte Fast 50 Scotland Awards Programme, which identifies and ranks the country's 50 fastest growing technology companies, based on revenue growth over five years This is Absoft's fourth consecutive appearance in the Fast 50 - the company has been placed no lower than 25th since 2003

Managing director Ian Mechie attributes the company's success to increasing levels of demand for Absoft's software solutions and services within the oil and gas sector and the combined abilities of the company's staff.

This year saw Absoft launch a human capital management solution - HCM Advantage for Oil and Gas - to address the specific people-related challenges currently facing oil and gas industry firms, including talent pool and competency management, resource logistics management and workforce utilisation.
The company's strong focus on the oil and gas market has clearly reaped dividends.
A clutch of lucrative, high-profile contract wins from key industry players such as Total, KCA Deutag, Talisman, ConocoPhillips and FMC Technologies has helped the strong performance in this year's Fast 50.
"The combined efforts of the entire Absoft team - all of whom have played a role helping us achieve this Top 10 position - have been fantastic".
