The ERP solution is being used in medium-sized production and trade companies with 10 to 1,000 employees in various sectors.

Innovative software solutions for the manufacturing industry will be presented in hall 16 in the course of the leading trade fair Digital Factory.

The Abas Business Software offers a high volume of functions for production companies - no matter whether in single unit, series or job lot production.

Companies in the area of discrete production, as well as in the processing industry, can rely on Abas Business Software.

In the meantime, over 1,600 companies are working with the flexible ERP and eBusiness Software, and more than 40 sales partners worldwide ensure the sales and distribution of the Abas products.

Abas is celebrating its 25th company anniversary.

Therefore, the company is placing its attention particularly on the evolutionary system approach of the software which ensures a continuing development: about 30% of the entire software code are being reworked every year - when regularly carrying out upgrades, the user will be provided with an entirely revised software with current technologies every three to five years.

This evolutionary system approach is unique and offers the users a high profit over a long period of time.

Further central topics: internationality, ERP for the automotive industry, CRM functionality, Web Applications and eBusiness, function expansions and 64Bit computing.

Since medium-sized businesses are more and more integrated into worldwide operating company networks, they need an internationally tailored software, as well as a sophisticated and efficient partner network.

Abas Business Software is multilingual, in the user menu as well as in the display language.

You can work with the same datAbase in different operating languages.

This simplifies working with your subsidiaries in other countries.

The Abas Business Software is available in 20 languages, additional languages are available on request.

Over 40 partners provide worldwide on-site service.

The Abas Business Software contains an integrated EDI function which is an important criterion when choosing a business software for automotive component suppliers.

With Version 2004, delivery schedule orders are created via the fast entry screen in the dialog.

The depiction of the delivery schedules (delivery classification) also takes place in the dialog - the old delivery schedules are constantly being compared to the new ones.

Shipping planning from JIT delivery schedules is equally supported as the clear listing of all blanket orders in the dialog - including packing slip, price and call-up history.

Using the Abas Web Application you can edit your Abas ERP data, independent of the platform, as well as Web Applications, such as Web Shop, customer and supplier information systems on the Intranet or Internet via a browser.

Moreover, Web services can be provided in order to make information from infosystems available.

Data from Java or Web service compatible external applications can be provided on the Internet, e.g data from CAD-, CAQ-, CRM- or filing systems.
