Ace introduces high cycle range of shock absorbers

Automation control equipment manufacturer Ace Controls International announces the introduction of a new High Cycle range of shock absorbers for high-speed production equipment.

There are three self-compensating models of miniature shock absorbers in this range - the SC-190 HC, 300 HC and 650 HC - all offering a quick time through stroke and rapid repeat strokes.

Effective weights of the HC family range from 2 to 6350kg and each shock absorber has an integral mechanical stop built into the front of the units.

The short stroke and quick rod-ready time of these units translates to faster cycling and gains in production time, making them ideal for packaging industry equipment and rotary actuators.

Additional applications include: slides, small and medium robotics, machine tools and pick and place operations.
