Minimum maintenance required for smooth
air flow
There is no contact between rotating and stationary parts in side channel blower-exhausts, which require minimum maintenance to deliver a silent and smooth airflow.

The standard design, with housing and impeller made from aluminium alloy, is a direct drive configuration with a dynamically balanced impeller fitted directly on the motor shaft.
Due to their unique principle of operation and design, there is no contact between rotating and stationary parts ensuring no wearing parts, minimum maintenance with no lubrication required, and silent and smooth airflow.
The electric motors are 2-pole, single and three-phase, rated for continuous service.
Standard voltage is V230/400-50Hz - V265/460-60Hz till 4kW and V400/690-50Hz - V440/740 -60Hz from 5.5kW and above.
Separate v-belt drive blowers are also available that provide for the coupling to explosion-proof, hydraulic and gas engine motors where a speed of 4500rpm is required with subsequent higher performance.
FPZ also design and produce special blowers for the handling of gases having high pressure and temperature, or speciality/corrosive composition.
