Exhausters/blowers supplied as standard
or special

A new generation of regenerative exhausters/blowers suitable for conveying both air and gas is available as standard products or for high temperatures/pressures and corrsoive gases.

A new generation of regenerative exhausters/blowers suitable for conveying both air and gas has been introduced by Air Control Industries (ACI) of Chard, Somerset, UK The new range, for which ACI has the exclusive UK distributorship, is the 'K' Series from FPZ

It comprises 33 standard models, each with multiple horsepower and voltage options, enabling ACI to offer higher pressures and airflow capabilities.

Operating range for the new blowers is up to 2000m3/hr at pressures/vacuums of ranging to 750abs.mbar and 500abs.mbar, respectively.

Specially engineered units can be supplied for high temperatures/pressures and demanding speciality/corrosive gases.

Improvements over the earlier range include superior internal geometrics that result in improved fluid dynamics to permit a cut in weight and size, enhancing power:performance ratio characteristics and reduced starting power requirements.

The design new design also provides lower noise levels and ensures smoother airflow whilst providing increased operational flexibility with multiple intake/exhaust options to facilitate installation.

In addition, because the K series design eliminates contact between rotating and stationary parts, hence lubrication is not required, maintenance is minimised and noise is reduced. Request a free brochure from Air Control Industries ...
