Edited by the Manufacturingtalk editorial team Oct 9, 2008

Air Control Industries has staged a management buy in of a US company, thanks to financial backing from its new banking partner NatWest.

Air Control Industries provides customers across Europe and the US with an application engineering consultancy service backed up with the capability to design and manufacture many of the required products.

Its core competency is with industrial fans, blowers and surface drying systems for bottling plants, with customers including Inbev, Coca-Cola and Heineken.

The business, which employs 45 people, was looking to further establish itself in the US and now has a subsidiary company called Air Control Industries Inc located in Maine .

It has switched its full banking facilities to NatWest, which has provided debt facilities worth GBP500K to fund further growth.

Air Control hopes to achieve this through the acquisition trail.
