Arcraft Plasma Equipments ( I ) Pvt has launched a full range of IGBT controlled inverter welding power sources in current ranges from 3 to 160 amps DC, 5 to 200 amps DC, 5 to 300 amps DC and 5 to 400 amps DC.
These machines are designed and manufactured indigenously using the best components available with a performance as good if not better than machines imported from outside India.
Arcraft field experience of over 7 years of sales and service of high tech welding inverters has exposed them to various needs of customers as well as practical service problems which have been taken care of in the indigenously designed IGBT controlled machines.
The various features are: 1.
Designed to operate in tough Indian conditions of heat, dust and workshop abuse.
Protected against under and over voltage, single phasing, over heating.
Housed in a strong powder coated chassis for maximum life with powerful fan for proper cooling.

Low power consumption of 0.2 amps at no load and 13.7kVA at full load for 400 amps output enables max utilization of customers sanctioned electricity load for adding more machines to increase production as well as brings a drastic reduction in the cost of power as a component of job manufacturing costs.

Lightweight and portable ( 400 amps machine weighs only 35kg ) means you can take the machine to the job.
Ideal for site work and difficult to reach places.

Fast regulation speed and excellent dynamic characteristics enables use of all electrodes and gives spatter free welding with high deposition efficiency as compared to other machines saving money per metre of weld.
5.
Reliable start at set current without fluctuations during welding allows even ordinary welders to perform high quality welds.

Starts at minimum current of 3 amps for thin sheet welding.
7.
Pulse current facility for thin sheet, dissimilar thickness and dissimilar metal welding.

Unique design allows the power source to be used as a plasma welding power source too!.
