Welding unit self-adjusts to maintain
quality
An inverter resistance welding unit feeds back information during a weld at 1000 times/s and adjusts for variations, such as high oxide surface conditions, in parts to be welded.
An inverter resistance welding control, which sets a new standard for performance and flexibility, is now available from ACAL TC Featuring closed-loop feedback, five different feedback modes and built-in monitoring, the product can deliver over 100,000A of welding current for the very highest quality in welding

Manufactured by Miyachi Unitek, the ISA-2000CR feeds back information during a weld at a rate of 1000 times per second and adjusts for variations, such as high oxide surface conditions, in parts to be welded.
In addition, built-in monitoring (current, voltage, power, time) allows operators to set upper and lower limits to accurately monitor the process and alert them when limits are exceeded.
Both result in better, more consistent welds, reduced wastage and increased productivity.
Miyachi Unitek designs and manufacturers a full range of resistance welding and reflow soldering power supplies, heads, monitors and accessories for both large scale and fine spot applications requiring precision metals joining.
