ACT unveils indexable engraving tools

ACT has developed the Nine9 range of engraving tools with indexable carbide inserts.

Nine9 engraving tools enable you to produce high-quality engraving in all materials.

The coated carbide grades help customers to obtain higher speeds and feed rates, reducing cycle times.

An engraving starter kit is available for 45 and 60 degree engraving.

It contains a holder, a T6 key and three inserts.

The engraving tools are suitable for stainless steel, steel, cast iron, aluminium, non-ferrous metals, PMMA and POM (plastic).

They feature a high positive rake angle, multi-side grinding, high speeds, high feed rates, no re-sharpening, economical indexable type and unchanged tool length.
