Bagging machine offers packaging choice

A bagging machine designed for flat or non-flat products, and which can be used with pre-made, plain, or printed bags, with or without an integral heater, will be shown at PPMA exhibition.

Visitors to this year's PPMA show are invited to the Advanced Dynamics stand to witness the launch of a brand new bagging machine designed for flat or three dimensional products.

The machine is ideal for pre made, plain, or printed bags, with or without an integral heater.

Also planned for exhibiting on the stand is a Eurokett Mini-12 complete with top stabilizing belt, chain aligner and finishing rollers, which are perfect for labelling bottles.

This system has the capacity to handle virtually any shape of package.

It is a premium quality front and back labeller with the advantage of very high speed - up to 300 parts/min, impeccable accuracy and high quality engineering.

Next in the line-up is the Kora Packmat LB Feeder with Eurokett Vega labeller mounted over the extended vacuum belt outfeed.

The LB feeder allows feeding of nearly all products, with feed rates soaring to 800 products/min, depending on format and size.

The Eurokett Vega labeller is a uniquely designed label applicator that is ideal for all types of labelling.

It is extremely accurate even when speed is varied during the application process.

For companies looking to label pads, Advanced Dynamics will be showing the Kora Packmat Universal Friction feeder mounted on a top and bottom, labelling conveyor.

The Kora Packmat Universal Friction feeder can handle a wide range of different flat products including CD covers, manuals and videotapes to name but a few.

Products that can be fed from different Kora Packmat feeders distributed by Advanced Dynamics will also be on show.

The company's feeders are ideal for thin or sensitive products like greetings cards, sachets, beer mats and insert labels, because they use two grippers to pull the lowest card or sachet from a pile.
