The Strubl Plug and Pack is already available in mainland Europe and has gained the reputation as the world's most flexible packaging system.
This accolade was attained because of the unusual characteristic that one system fits for all products, coupled with the machine's ability to accommodate a wide range of bag sizes.
Dimensions which can be serviced span from 50 x 50 mm to 400 x 800mm bags.
Key features of the Plug and Pack are that it is easy and quick to set-up, produces decoline and functionline bags as special bundles - to guarantee trouble free packing - and it comes with special extension fingers which ensure top sealing quality.
When it comes to printing the new bagging machine is equipped with modern thermal transfer imprinting technology, a real bonus as this allows exactly positioned imprinting of varying product data.
Numerous modifications can be made to the Plug and Pack system to suit specific requirements.
Variations include two printing stations for front and backside imprinting; additional filling stations; adjustable sealing station; automatic periphery station and network integration.
The Strubl bagging machine will be available via Advanced Dynamics later this month when the company anticipates a high level of interest.

Products distributed include machines from K'Ra-Packmat and Eurokett.
