Compressed air products reduce shutdowns
Air nozzles and jets, enclosed coolers and cold air guns can improve production rates and the quality of products, prolong tool life and decrease shutdowns.
Flexibility is one of the benefits of the new system which can be used for all kinds of advertising materials and samples, including feeding brochures up to 30mm thick.
One of the recent successes in Germany involves a large global manufacturer and distributor of household cleaning products, which has recently purchased the feeder system to solve its advertising dispensing problems.
Speed clinched the deal between the German company and Kandouml;Ra-Packmat with the new machine replacing existing feeders, which could not cope with the required speed of 75 cycles per minute as well as the variety of products which needed to be dispensed.
The unit was assembled on a moveable and height adjustable floor stand, giving flexibility to mount the machine to several different production lines.
Integration of the new machinery to existing production lines was also an important factor, as was a speedy turn around.
The German giant was impressed by Kandouml;Ra-Packmat's ability to move the project from its design and development stages through to installation in just six weeks.
Machine start up of the unit was completed within two days.
In fact the huge German company was so impressed with the level of service it received and quality of the Kandouml;Ra-Packmat Universal friction feeder that it went ahead and ordered a further two lines as well as placing additional orders soon after.
Advanced Dynamics joint managing director, Mike Essler says: "We have decided to introduce the feeder system into the UK because of its success in Germany.
It is Kandouml;Ra-Packmat's vast know how as well as the versatility of its machines which make it possible to fully integrate new equipment to existing production lines.".
