New solution for flat product wrapping
Advanced Dynamics Limited, has recently launched a new wrapping machine into the UK's flat product packaging sector.
The VMC 105, manufactured by Kora-Packmat, is a versatile machine designed for separating, counting and tightly wrapping small-sized flat products Applications include phone cards, stationery, greeting cards, stickers, instant lottery tickets and CD/DVDs

It runs OPP, CPP or PE shrink films as single wound or centre folded film.
Additional packing options include overwrapping, thermal transfer printing and labelling.
When speaking about the market for flat product machinery, Managing Director of Advanced Dynamics Limited, Mike Essler, said: "We see big opportunities in the flat product packaging sector for the Kora-Packmat VMC 105 series.
"Conventional greeting cards are as popular as ever and it is estimated that the market will increase year-on-year.
Home computing and digital photography has lead to additional demand for personal stationery, including printer paper and accessories.
Total sales of National Lottery products have risen, including instant lottery tickets, and new technology has seen an increase in the number and types of DVDs on the market," said Mr Essler.
Launched into the UK at Ipex 2006, the Kora Packmat VMC 105 comes in four variants, all designed to handle different sized applications.
H6 wraps items between 85 x 55mm and 240 x 140mm, with a height of 6mm.
H30 and CD2 handle products between 85 x 55mm and 240 x 170mm, and pack heights of up to 30mm and has the option to shrink wrap packs higher then 12mm.
Model GC wraps products between 120 x 75mm and 240 x 170mm, at packs heights of up to 12mm.
Advanced Dynamics specialises in the supply of packaging machines, bespoke labelling, checkweighing, and product handling solutions.
Products distributed include machines from KoRa-Packmat, ABG-Packmat, Eurokett and Tesab.
