With a 16bit A/D converter on each channel, the PMD-1608FS provides 50KS/sec simultaneous sampling with 100K overall throughput using USB2, and pretty exceptional performance even with USB 1.1.
It's fully USB plug and play, and doesn't need an external power supply.
Like all PMD modules, the PMD-1608FS includes a comprehensive software bundle, including an installation and test application and a handy strip recorder and data logger utility to get you started.
Drivers for standard Windows-based programming languages including.NET, LabVIEW drivers and a full set of SoftWIRE controls are also included so it's easy to write your own applications.
Reliable and rugged enough for industrial applications, yet at a price that makes one-per-bench across the lab affordable, the PMD-1608FS is an ideal way to add measurement capability to any USB capable computer.
