Double-coated polyester film tapes are a high-tack, moderate dead load acrylic adhesive film coated on both sides of a high quality polyester film.

A double-coated acrylic adhesive tape system is formaldehyde-free and combines the quick-stick properties of rubber-based systems with the temperature performance of acrylics.

Similar to 254M, 256M offers excellent resistance to plasticisers and ultra-violet light, in addition to superior performance during temperature extremes.
256M adheres to vinyl, paper, film, foil and foam, but offers thicker, heavier adhesion on both sides of the carrier than 245M, making it ideal for more demanding bonding, splicing, nameplate and general industrial tape applications.
254M and 256M are a 0.5 mil polyester film, double coated on a 60 lb densified-kraft, 74 lb polycoated lay-flat or 12 point board release liner.
Other liners are available on special order.
