Machine vision systems go on show in
Australia
A dual-camera vision appliance - designed to provide end users and system integrators with a practical machine vision solution for single- or dual-camera applications - will be shown in Australia.
Adept Electronic Solutions (AES) will exhibit a number of new machine vision technologies with live demonstrations and vision engineers on hand at Stand 2917 during National Manufacturing Week 2006 at Sydney, Australia's Darling Harbour, from May 30 to June 2 AES specialises exclusively in the supply and support of machine vision (the application of computer vision to industry and manufacturing) systems and components to customers throughout Australia and New Zealand

Specified to interface the latest machine vision camera technologies, the NetSight II M allows users to customise system configurations to best suit their application and operating environment.
* The Spyder Gigabit Ethernet (GigE) Camera - is fully programmable, offering precise control over key performance variables such as gain and offset.
Its capabilities exceed the previous generation Spyder and Spyder2 cameras and are three times more responsive.
At its core is DALSA's latest line scan sensor technology, delivering throughput rates of 80MHz.
The high performance GigE interface transfers images directly to host PC memory without a frame grabber, giving users the opportunity to significantly reduce system costs.
This interface also allows for camera-to-PC separation of 100m and multicasting to multiple PCs for parallel processing operations.
