Aggreko to build new factory in Scotland

Aggreko, a supplier of temporary power, temperature control and oil-free compressed air services, will build a GBP20m factory near Dumbarton, Scotland.
Aggreko's rental generators are designed and manufactured in Birch Road, Dumbarton, but the business's rapid growth means that that factory's capacity is too small and production is currently spread around five other sites in the area.
More than 95 per cent of the output from the existing Birch Road facility is exported.
The new facility will start production in 2011.
